Shipping Policy – Trenduva

1. Order Processing Time  

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Estimated Delivery Time  

We deliver all over India. Estimated delivery time is:  

- Metro Cities: 4 to 7 business days  

- Non-Metro & Rural Areas: 5 to 9 business days  

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or festive seasons.

3. Shipping Charges  

Most of our products come with free shipping. If a shipping charge applies to a particular product, it will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

4. Order Tracking  

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link via SMS/email so you can monitor your delivery status in real time.

5. Delayed or Lost Deliveries  

If your order has not been delivered within 10 business days, please contact us immediately at:

We will coordinate with the courier and resolve the issue. Replacements or refunds will be initiated if required.

6. Wrong or Incomplete Address  

Please ensure you enter a complete and correct shipping address while placing the order. If the address is incorrect and the package is returned, additional shipping charges may apply for resending the order.
